Payment Policy

At ProViCare, we aim to offer a simple and secure checkout experience. Here’s our current payment structure:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery.

UPI Payments (Coming Soon): You’ll soon be able to pay via UPI apps like PhonePe during checkout.

2. Pricing

All prices on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Any changes to product prices will be updated on the website without prior notice.

3. Failed or Declined Payments

In case a UPI transaction fails, your order may not be processed.

For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via UPI within 3–5 business days after verification of the issue.
