Welcome to www.provicare.in – the official online store of ProViCare, a brand owned and operated by Pihu Enterprise, based in Dimapur, Nagaland. By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

This website is operated by Pihu Enterprise. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pihu Enterprise and its ProViCare brand.

By accessing our site or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Usage & Responsibility

All our products are for external use only. Please follow the usage instructions mentioned on the label.

We recommend performing a patch test before full application. We are not responsible for any misuse or allergic reactions.

All products are manufactured to meet professional-level quality standards.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website and calls only for Hyperlocal delivery within a 4 km radius from Burma Camp Police Point, Dimapur. Additionally courier delivery is available to all Indian locations.

We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. UPI-based online payments will be enabled soon.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Bulk/Wholesale Orders

We accept bulk and wholesale orders, but they must be placed through:

Phone/WhatsApp communication, or

The designated Bulk Order Form on our website.

6. Intellectual Property

All product images, brand names, content, and website materials are the intellectual property of Pihu Enterprise.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product details and availability, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the site’s content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall be limited to the purchase value of the product.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nagaland, India.

Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Dimapur, Nagaland.
