Return & Refund Policy

Return/Replacement Policy: Returns/replacements are accepted only if some parts are missing, a different product was received, or the product was damaged during transit.
To apply for a return/replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of the order delivery date.
In case of return of orders delivered in Nagaland through Hyperlocal delivery
the eligible return/replacement is processed in 2-3 business days, and the replacement will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Refund Policy: The eligible refund will process in 3–4 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method or source account within 5–7 business days.
