At ProViCare, your convenience is our top priority. We offer reliable and on-time delivery of home and auto care products within selected areas of Dimapur, Nagaland.

🚚 1. Serviceable Area

We currently doing Hyper-Local delivery within a 4-kilometer radius from Burma Camp Police Point, Dimapur, Nagaland. Additionally courier delivery is available to all Indian locations.

🕒 2. Delivery Time Slots

Customers can choose their preferred 30-minute delivery slot while placing the order.

Delivery slots are available from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM daily (excluding holidays).

You can book a delivery slot starting 1 hour from your current time and up to the next day evening.

This ensures that you receive your order exactly when you're available to take it.

💸 3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your distance from our dispatch point at Burma Camp:

₹30 for addresses within 0–2 kilometers

₹45 for addresses within 2–4 kilometers

The applicable charge will be shown during checkout.

✅ 4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed:

Our team will assign your delivery to match your selected time slot.

In case of any unforeseen delay, we’ll notify you promptly.

🔁 5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If you are not available during the selected time slot:

Our delivery agent will attempt to contact you.

You may reschedule the delivery once at no extra charge by call to us on 6356515173. Additional attempts may incur a nominal fee.

📦 6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Share a clear photo/video via WhatsApp or email.

After verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund via UPI.
